COVID-19 Update
Due to the nature of our business, our clients are in the higher risk factor category.
We thought it was important for you to know that we’ve taken certain measures to help ensure business continuity, and our office remains open unless advised otherwise by public health officials.
Our staff and direct care providers continue to focus on preventative measures to minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19 and ask you to do the same:
- We have increased cleaning in our office and recommend anyone visiting our office to make an appointment to allow for social distancing.
- In addition to recommending face masks to be worn on visits, we have provided health and safety resources and guidelines, recommended by OSHA and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), to all of our direct care providers working in clients’ private homes and residences.
- We recommend screenings for direct care providers who are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 and have encouraged anyone who is not feeling well to stay home.
- We are monitoring updates from the CDC, Florida Department of Health (DOH), and other organizations that help guide us as we navigate this rapidly evolving situation.
We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our clients, direct care providers and others, and look forward to working with you and keeping you healthy and at home. Below are links to information that you may find useful.
